Committee Work

Summary of work accomplished, decisions made, and follow-up actions determined during the past 6 months

The committee met monthly from July to Dec. During this time we:

  • Prepared and launched the 23-24 Mentoring Program
  • Reviewed applications and Paired 23 Mentors/Mentees Duos
  • Contacted and received agreements from all mentees/mentors
  • Conducted the Mentoring Kickoff presentation
  • Discussed future programming and committee structure
  • Reviewed and made recommendation on Emerging Leaders

  • Launch 23-24 Mentoring Program Completed September 2023
  • Review and match mentees/mentors Completed October 2023
  • Conduct Program Kickoff Completed November 2023

  • Conducted 2 month and mid-program review with Mentors/Mentees
  • Conducted end of program celebration
  • Complete end of the program survey
