What will your group be working on for the next 6 months?
Continued implementation of Mentoring Program, including kickoff orientation, monthly check-ins, culminating program, and program assessment

Is there anything Core could have provided during this time that would have helped your group with its work?
Core staff has been incredible – nothing at this time.

Incrementally increasing duration of program: currently at 6 months; increase to 9 months

Additional comments or concerns:
Who will be our next Core Staff member with Brooke's departure. I know that we're temporarily reporting to Julie Reese – will Brooke's position be replaced, or will we be reassigned to remaining staff?
