The chairs and co-chairs met virtually and over email to plan the IG week event and also to discuss the future of the IG as the co-chairs prepare to take over in July. We also discussed plans for a general group meeting to be held virtually sometime after ALA Annual.
Meets Core’s strategic goals for Membership and Engagement

What will your group be working on for the next 6 months?
We are planning a general get-together for the IG, to be held virtually sometime after ALA Annual. We are also working on the transition of leadership as well as the recruitment of new co-chairs.

Is there anything Core could have provided during this time that would have helped your group with its work?
Since Core was founded and there’s been some changes, it would be helpful to have more explicit ideas of expectations for the IGs.
